    I was with my Church Group from lndianapolis, Ind with Mr Andre Brown& it was tolerably terrible!!! Rm 317 t.v did not work!! Roach&spider beside bed.Had to be moved to another rm327.The entrance doors are terrible. The head manager Joe,Joel act like he did not give a care all he would say ls l am sorry.NO EXCUSE!!! WHEN YOU ARE PAYING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! Traveling so many miles .Big Water Bugs running up& down the bathroom walls had to keep luggage closed for fear of bugs& spiders,roaches!!! Food & drinks: The staff was very friendly in the food area .sausage terrible. Noteworthy details: 3 Star hotel more like a 0 star hotel l would not recommend it to no one & Terell was awesome went the extra mile (,Joe,Joel ) should be demoted ,housekeepers don't speak English news media news to get involved.

    We couldnt even stay one night here. First room didnt look like it had been cleaned at all, stains on walls, floor was dirty, combination of dead/living bugs along wall in the bathroom and the room smelled like smoke. We told the staff member at reception and he moved us into another room where the bed sheet had a horrible looking stain in the centre which was just disgusting. Also the advertised pool is still closed with no explanation. At this point we cut our losses and just booked elsewhere. The manager refuses to take responsibility for the site or give refunds despite the rooms being uninhabitable. Safety: Place doesnt feel safe. You cant claim the safety of a 24 hour reception when the reception building isnt even connected to the rooms.

    Pictures on website were not legit. Rooms were dirty. No rags. No towels or rags the second night. All guy could say was manager was aware and to leave a bad review. And still had to pay a 100 CLEANING FEE!! FOR WHAT NOTHING WAS CLEAN!!!!!

    Our 1st room was dirty and smelly. We did not choose this hotel. It was chosen for us by the airline as we were forced to stay overnight due to an earthquake distrupting travel. When I couldn't find another hotel available, we had no other choice than to stay. First, the airline lied and said there was a shuttle service. There was not. Then, the room was unwelcoming and just felt off when we checked in. When I got ready to climb into bed, I figured out why. As I pulled the blankets back, there was hair and fuzzies in the sheets. It was disgusting. I immediately went to the front desk and changed rooms. The second room smelled better and the bed appeared cleaner but it wasn't easy to feel comfortable after that first impression. The staff were all very nice. One staff member even helped us by booking an Uber for us when our airline issued LYFT drivers kept canceling and we only had 1 1/2 hours left before our flight left that morning. She was the best employee of all of them and I didn't even think to get her name in the stress of the whole situation. For some reason, I was not able to book an Uber on my app and a taxi was impossible to find. We were literally moments from being stranded. Rooms: Rooms are hit and miss but aren't anything special. Both rooms had issues. The fact that one room was filthy and when I asked to switch the man at the front desk was not surprised. He shook his head and said, one more to add to the list. That spoke volumes. Shame on United for booking a room for us there and not giving options. Safety: The door to the outside didn't shut tight. You could almost see through the crack between the door and the frame. It looks so run down from the front. I felt uneasy the whole time I was there. Walkability: There was a restaurant and gas station within walking distance. Other places would have involved crossing very busy intersections and highway ramps. Noteworthy details: Do not stay here unless you are absolutely desperate.

    Very clean rooms, beds are very soft very comfortable,hotel has totally been remodeled and they did a really nice job ,still have a few things to fix ,very inviting rooms, free breakfast , friendly and helpful employees, front desk gentleman was very friendly and helpful, the prices for the room I received was right on , the 1 and only issue I have with the room ,the door to the room ,there's large gap around entire door it locks but it allows bugs in during the night if they wanted to ,shower is ok, water needs to be hotter,breakfast was awesome nice selection of food, potatoes, eggs pancakes sausage, milk and cereal, muffins and more Food & drinks: Plenty of restaurants and convenient stores and a Walmart and a lot of other stores ,very close by. Close to interstate 95 and 295 and 9 a be careful when in this area , lots of traffic, Noteworthy details: Lots of rude people driving in this area they will run over u .

I am pleased to host your group during your vist to Jax. I apologize your rooms were not satisfactory as I was unaware you continued to have difficulties for the remaing 4 nights. I am sorry to hear you did not like the sausage on our breakfast, it is a good thing we have a number of other options to choose from. Our maintence team inspected both rooms and did not find any bug issues, however, we will have our pest control company follow up. We hope we can host your group in the future.

image Our 1st room was dirty and smelly. We did not choose this hotel. It was chosen for us by the airline as we were forced to stay overnight due to an earthquake distrupting travel. I will investigate with our housekeeping team to correct the issue. I am pleased to see our staff was helpful in arranging a ride for you back to the airport.
