So I think families are using this hotel like it's a resort. Soaking wet elevators from people being in the pool, plus dirty dishes stacked on trash cans in front of all elevators. There are a million kids in the pool all the time. I saw that in other reviews and thought maybe that was time specific, but I guess it isn't and I have revised to thinking folks are using this like a cheap great wolf lodge. It isn't in great shape or super clean because of this, but not sure what there is to do about it. Staff was all friendly and breakfast was reasonable. One just needs to be prepared for what you're getting. We had just stayed at 2 other hilton suites style properties as we were on a road trip so I have a good comparison, I think. The other 2 were definitely different. This one was least clean and 2nd in line on breakfast

Sent in request for early check in days before, authorized payment of the $25 fee, with an understanding that it was not guaranteed. Went to hotel around noon but no rooms available. I was told that a message would get sent once room was ready. With no message, I went back at 2:00 (just enough time for my kid to get ready for her event) and was able to get in a room.
Marion from Germany (she was not at the desk during my noon visit) at the desk was amazing and very pleasant! Reaching our hall, dirty plates from room service on the floor greeted us offering lots of crumbs. Our room was clean and spacious. The drapes had holes in the bottom and the wall lamps between the beds were coming off the wall.
Upon return parking was limited Our plate friends were still lingering in the hall and asked about our eventful day!
Does it seem logical to put 2 sets of towels in a room that can occupy up to 5 people? No.
Asked for more towels at front desk and a sweet young lady brought them to the room in less than 15 mins.
Not an egg girl so I cant tell you about the omelets. I can tell you the sausage, potatoes, bacon and pancake were cold. The potatoes had the most flavor. Good cereal variety. Grits, fruit and muffins were served as well.
Dim lighting, filthy carpet, dirty walls and water-stained planters are just a few items that show the hotel is dire need of updates
I could not get in my 2-minute walk nor 4 strengthen exercises as the gym was occupied by multiple rowdy teens running in and out.
The cloudy pool and hot tub area remined me of a city pool setting.
My kids and I were happier at the Laquinta we stayed in the weekend before.
Right before leaving we were mysteriously locked out of our room by the hotel privacy door latch. Per front desk, it happens when the door slams shut.
Oh yes, our plate friends were sad to see us leave, but we took a pic (attached) and blew farewell kisses.
Will I return to this location? No. In fact, I already cancelled my reservations for this upcoming weekend and booked nearby.

The room bathroom was not very clean the ceiling had mold all over from the shower humidity, and the shower had soap residue. The breakfast was normal for an Embassy suites and wasn't to busy when we went around 730am. We arrived late so the pool area was already closed. We paid for 2 queen beds and when we arrived they said they over booked and didn't have the room for us. We booked direct on the hilton app and they keep saying I booked through a 3rd party Expedia.

Conveniently located for our trip. It was busy but quiet. The happy couple hours with free drinks was very nice. The free breakfast was awesome.

Food & drinks: The bar and food was awesome! Alexa was a wonderful bartender!
