Sometime ago, I let them know that I know longer owned this vehicle, but they consistently send me what looks like an important document in the mail. Should be reported as harrassment.

This company is not accepted by local dealerships in my area. They claim they are able to be used everywhere for repairs but they are on a list of third party warranty companies that dealerships will not work with. So now I have to pay full price for a repair they said is covered in their contract instead of only having to pay the deductible. Save your money and do not purchase warranty service with this company

These folks are mailing, or administering the mailing of bogus auto warranty letters. They'll send you a "final notice" a dozen times, and impersonate the IRS envelope look and feel to make the mailer seem urgent. So scummy.

Aside from denying a claim which has zero impact on rating, the lack of clear contact information and denial of the existence of their own policy is frustrating at best and unprofessional at minimum. Steer clear, pun intended.
