My wife an had an AWESOME experience today!! I was shopping for high quality men's casual pants and shorts. I found exactly what I was looking for. April was great helping me! We live about 35 minutes away from Beau Outfitters, well where the drive. Highly recommend Will be back soon

Laughable that "Customer Service is there top priority" as they commented below on another 1 star review. They had opened a second location in Charlotte NC some years back that failed. I had received a gift card as a Birthday present which has been buried along with other Gift Cards (worst purchase one could ever make/give). Had reached out to this surviving location have been told that they use a "different point of purchase system" and that my gift card "could only be redeemed for the store that went out of business". That the gift card was 10 years old insinuating "why should we have to honor it?"...That was all after telling me that they had to manually look up the cards for years after the store had originally closed in order to honor them which they had done for some time. They may have nice items, store may look nice. Just know who you are truely purchasing from when you hand over your money (and stay away from gift cards).

Cashier was clueless and rude. How dare I ask for a box on a purchase over $100.

What an incredible store! Terrific merchandise and very knowledgeable and professional staff. Really unique Christmas items, traditional, high quality, outdoors brands New to Jax and this is now on our fav retailer list!
