I am happy with Auto Nation Ford, Orange Park. I have been using this dealership for service for 14 years now and they have not disappointed me.

I took my f250 in for service yesterday and was greeted by Ashley, she got my paperwork promptly and sent it back for service. I got my truck back little over an hour and they done a good job. This is why i go to autonation for services and to buy my vehicles. Ashley was polite and respectful for my needs on my vehicle. ashley was running around all the time i was there taking care of her customers, you dont see that to much. Van was towed into the dealership on 3/3/24 the van sat at the dealership one month before being looked at. The van was un operational due to a locked transmission which wasnt looked at I was told the service technician could not get it to duplicate the lock up. A memory board was replaced and a recalled rear view camera was replaced in four weeks a said 10 vehicles were ahead of the Van I called twice a week for updates and was told the Van was number 6,4 and 2 so only two vehicles a week are being worked on from the updated information I was given I own two vehicles and a motorcycle I have never waited 1 month to get any work done if I dont have an answer in 24 hours I am on the phone wanting answers but never have I waited 1 full month when the Van was returned the very next day the transmission locked again and it is now sitting at another dealership under the same owner the only person concerned was the service advisor Cassandra who was only the messenger from the mechanic so anyone reading this if you take your automobile to Automation Ford in Orange Park plan on getting a rental because it will be one month at least unless you are a friend of a friend I guess but I dont understand why Ford sells Electric Vans but cannot work on them.
