These people bought a house that is not fit for a dog to live in AND I WIULD NIR RENT OR BUY THAT HOUSE until you and probably they are aware of it
2610 Tramore Place in Orange Park FL, its reluctant previous slum lord attitude toward maintenance, the true history of the pool and its structural failure and medical problems caused by black mold, chemical breakdown of flooring and HVAC delivery system. The turn around time from the the renters being forced out by the Kaiser Foundation by through Dawn Neimann to this company stating $6000 repair estimate is not possible!
You bought a bad homelip stick on a pigThe Kaiser Foundation is based mired inimmorality while their realtor is a criminal.they thought this matter was closed,,,but its not!!! DO NIT RENT OR ALLOW FURTHER SALES UNTIL YOU KNOW better!

Hands down the best! Josh is hands down the best out there in the Real estate industry! We had our house not even on the market for 24 hours before he got us an offer. He worked his tail off for us and found us our dream house for the price and location we wanted. He was there when we needed him and keeping us in the loop every step of the way!
