Thank you so much Jason for all of your hard work in ensuring that I secured this investment property. Due to the nature of the loan that I was pursuing we had to involve contractors in the process and Jason would follow up with them on my behalf to obtain the proper documents being requested by the loan provider. When we would run into any road blocks, whether that be finding an in-network appraiser or a home renovation insurance company, Jason would actively strategize to circumvent these issues. Thanks to Jason I finally closed on my investment property in the San Marco area of Jacksonville, FL. No one else will be as invested in the process as Jason! I was searching for an office space for my cleaning business. I searched on my own and even made phone calls to other companies, however, I got nowhere. When introduced to Mr. Scott he immediately started helping him. He asked me what I was looking for and he found just that! I wanted something affordable on the Southside of town. He not only found 1 but 2 different office spaces; giving me options. Each of space was amazing so it was a win win for me. The space was perfect for what I wanted and needed to do and the location was just a few miles away from my home.
