Went to the sun tire on park avenue today my daughters car had a nail in it and was told that it would be about 22.00 to fix it I left and went to Tire Kingdom on Fleming Island and they did it for free. I will never buy from sun tire again. I will go to tire kingdom from now on to buy my tires. And will let everyone I know that is not a threat it's a fact

Customer service at the 103rd St location is appalling! Al was completely disgusting as a customer service representative of this business and should be fired for his inability to have an adult conversation about a vehicle being serviced there. As a professional in the hospitality industry, I am HORRIFIED at his lack of human decency to represent this company and will spread the word to everyone I know. I am not looking for a freebie, just looking for good business representatives. Sun Tire will be doing themselves a great service by getting rid of people who treat their customers like garbage (Al). Good riddance to you all, my business goes elsewhere!!!
