Have worked with Desmond Small as a contact in support of two cars from Tom Bush since 2016. He has always been there to help me through any needs at the dealership. Recently, I caused my own issue with my M3, I made contact with Dez and he helped me immediate coordinate contact with the perfect SA, Jen, and keep in touch with me through the process. If there is negative star option, I would have chosen that. Do not visit service center at this location. The service guys steals things out of your car, and service rep people are very rude. My tire lock keys were stolen and top of that my engine cover was damaged and left unattached inside. This service center is the worst bmw service center I have seen so far.
