I brought my renegade in for my transmission kicking & I had the best experience with Lisa my service advisor. She kept me updated with my repairs, timeframes, she communicated with my warranty company while I was at work & she let me know what was going on every step of the way. I wasnt left in the dark at all & she made a very stressful situation a much easier one. If you bring your car in for service, hopefully shes your advisor.

On June 24, my 2021 Ram truck experienced a catastrophic breakdown. I had just gotten truck back on Wednesday after being in the shop two previous times. Lisa Lewis was not my original service adviser. As I was waiting for the tow truck to arrive, Lisa assured me that she would have a car ready for me. She even gave me a little bigger car, due to my recent knee surgery. She was so kind and sweet to me. Calming me down as I was quite upset. Just a great customer service adviser. Very caring and compassionate. I greatly appreciate her helping me. She deserves more than a 5-star rating
