You mean I can''t give them a zero star rating? Called this place several times to get a very old painting appraised. By several I mean 6 times. The lady answering the phone said text them the picture and details. She told me Brian is the only one who can appraise art and his hours are something like 11-2pm. Ok, great called several times asking for Brian. The last time I called she said he's not available again. They never bothered to email or call or even text me. No communication at all. On my last call she said Brian would have to see it. I said, no problem I can take it to them or he can come here and see it. It's 6' x 4' but I have a truck so I can wrap it up and get there. Then I said, Lady why didn't anyone communicate this info to me and why is this so difficult to get this done and complained about their complete lack of professionalism. She then said " We don't want your business. Are you kidding me. DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS BUSINESS for any of their services. It was a complete waist of my time and effort!
