        AS OF MAY 1ST IN A NOTICE DATED MAY 1ST RESIDENTS ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO MAKE A PAYMENT IN THE OFFICE!!!! MUST PAY ONLINE OR AT A STORE???? ALSO A FEE IS NOW ADDED ON ALL PAYMENTS!!!!! NOW, COMPLEX IS UNDER PUBLIC HOUSING.....

        We have been without washer and dryer service for more than 3 months and they do not provide a solution to my problems as a tenant and for more than 5 months with the living room fan not working. It is unfortunate that such a good complex has these types of flaws.
