We recently moved in here. The neighborhood is beautiful. Two giant pools and clubhouses. Ebony was amazing helping us through the move in process. Super friendly and helpful. Joan was also awesome about helping me get all the paperwork I needed together. Our apartment was in great shape and very nice even though they told us it was the non-renovated unit. We're very happy.

I think all matenance personnel are good people. James was exceptional. Trying for 3 weeks to take care of issue, James stop by Tuesday and took care of it. Told me every step & was extremely respectful.

Great place to live. The only problem is people not following the rules set in the lease. Rent is decent. I don't think if you have an apartment that isn't updated you should pay the same rent. Overall I feel pretty much safe here except for all the big dogs and some of the young people. This was a 55 community lately it doesn't seem that way. I keep to myself unless it's effecting me. Again great place to live.

Imperial palms management is a joke,their only interest is making money for the complex,they never enforce rules,laundry centers use inferior washer and dryers,there very parking for vistors even the staff violate the rules,and now they are forcing tenants to pay their rent online,they also have a few lazy people on the maintenance team,apt units are in serious need of improvement and upgrades.
