Randys Auto Repair and Tire

Randy was polite and professional since the moment he started talking to me! I had a issue with my car going on 4 weeks (took it to Pep Boys twice, PLEASE don’t make this mistake I did) finally found Randy’s shop through the warranty company! When I got there he told me he can’t guarantee it will be fixed in a day but he will figure the problem out fix it and drive the car to make sure it’s fixed before he calls me, he went above and beyond to make sure he fixed my car and I can’t thank him enough! Randy has been taking care of my work truck for the last few months and I have never met a technician and service center that operates with such honesty and integrity. Randy is always friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and got time to explain what needs to be done to keep my truck running perfectly. I will highly recommend Randy to anyone who has lost faith in auto service technicians.

I moved to St. Pete from NY a couple of months ago and don’t know anyone here. I asked some folks at a coffee shop where to go to get my car fixed and they said Randy’s. I drove up to Largo and as soon as I pulled in, Randy greeted me and asked what he could do for me. I told him my issues, they took a look at my car told me what they could do and said they could fit me in right then and there. I couldn’t believe it. It wasn’t as expensive as I thought it’d be and I’m no longer worried about my weekend of traveling because my car’s all fixed! What a great group of guys. Life savers!
