Victor, we appreciate your feedback, we don't have any history of communications between our representatives and you!! We ask each customer ( Literally) to take the car to their preferred service shop to make sure everything checks out before purchasing the vehicle! Because our inventory is well maintained and we believe in educating the customer with the correct process of buying a used vehicle. That being said usually after the inspection with the mechanics, customer will come and discuss the issues in the vehicle (if there are any, since it is a used vehicle), and we simply make an agreement with the customer to fix the issues that we discussed, and sometime for none important issues we explain to the customer that we can fix it but we have to add the fix to the selling price. The point is we encourage inspection and we negotiate after to make an agreement. We have 3 customers this week took the car to their preferred shop.. 3/3 purchased the car that they inspected!! one of these customer we have to fix an axle and the pushing without changing the price. So we always expect to have feedback from the customers after a mechanic visit and we didn't have any from your end. we are still more than happy to go through the process and discuss what fixes the car needs and see what can we do. so please call us at your earliest convenience so we can better assist you!
