        It Bryan failed to explain anything just said I owed $250 come to find out my familys bill was only $179.46. He wasnt going to give me a receipt either, I happen to ask as Im walking out for it. It charged me $60 in restore fees one time charge. If I called in they would have definitely not charged me and extra $60 and Im not the owner of the account so I just payed it . No questions asked. Looking back on the receipt hours later I see the one time charge. Horrible customer services
