        One of the worst experiences we've ever had in dentistry In plants they were improperly fitted and several fell out. In addition, parts of tool and part of stem or left IN GUM. We had to find a dentist to rectify this Unprofessional dental work.

        Came to this dentist for a period of little over a year, primarily for cleanings. It was determined that I needed quite a bit of dental work done. Got everything done that I needed to have done . Came back to have a filling filed down.. was done but not exactly to my liking as I could feel it was too rounded off, no big deal..it's done I could live with it, after all it's man made. Another re-visit because I had discomfort in a general area on my right side, Dr Botello never examined the potential cause of the discomfort but merely gave me an antibiotic..(1) pill no prescription, just one pill. Assuming because my insurance had been maxed out due to the aforementioned work performed, he didn't feel the need to entertain any more work without the availability of insurance, although I was/am capable of self-pay if needed At that point I'm told myself I'm done using the services of this dentist, no need to review the practice. My problem is now, after going to another dentist, having x-rays done..to examine the cause of my discomfort at that time, the dentist diagnosed and eliminated the cause of my discomfort, also that I would need to have pretty much all of the work redone that I had paid Mr Botello to perform previously. Now going to a new dentist for a second opinion about the work performed by Dr Botello they too acknowledged it warranted being redone. Sad because I wasn't going to review this place but it too is warranted after paying a professional to do their job correctly.

      Really sir, after the extremely low price we gave you for the 6 mini implants we place on your wife, one (1)of them fractured, to help with your wife dental needs, with the prognosis explained to you and your wife, because there is very poor bone to place any implants, for the many, many years without dental care for your wife from your part, after you try to rush me, Dr Botello, to treat your wife with a medical condition that needed to wait authorization from the MD to do any dental surgery on her again, I apologized and explained to you, and you still could not wait, you try to treat me on the phone the way you treat others, with very bad manners, disrespectful, rude, lack of any education, and I still explained to you the Implant could be re done by us, you went to another dental surgeon. Very poor dental IQ on your part sir, when we told you we could place another implant for your wife and solve the problem.No several implant, one mini implant fractured, you liar, careful with defamation sir, you been and old man should not be a liar like this, respect yourself, been a man of respect, how you said you are, just behave like a man please. We just try to help you both with your poor oral health and dental needs, and this is what we get. If you had said the truth, we are ok, but not, you lied, Integrity is telling myself the truth, I have been doing dentistry for 30 years, graduated in 1994, In Cuba, your cuban friend and boss from the bank in New York , never teach you to said the truth, please, behave yourself, do not lie to people please, just respect yourself and others, thanks.
