Live wire is a great co robin who does the Scheduling is very pleasant to talk to and the two electricians that came out are very pleasant and professional ver pleased if could have given 10stars I would have definitely will have them back for more projects

1.19.24- Better late than never but on 11.22.23, both Aiden and Ayden came to our home for a combined total of 9 hours to change out our old electrical panel to a new 20/40 panel & bring all of it up to code. They also made a panel schedule . One technician was obviously very knowledgeable, mentoring the other eager technician. They were both so polite, had great rapport with one another and were very patient in explaining answers to our questions about problems we had been experiencing. All of this excellent service came through the Duke Energy Wire Protection Program for which we had signed up, just the month before. This is also a glowing report for Duke Energy as well. For a mere $12.99/month, I think it is, with just a month to month fee, these electricians were assigned to us through them. The fact that Duke Energy contracts with such a quality company as Live Wire Electrical Services, convinced us of the continued excellent high quality care we might need in the future. I had Phillip from Live Wire come out today to my mobile home and he very quickly and cleanly fixed three inside wiring problems and put up an outside light for me and was really a pro! He really knew what he was doing. I appreciated the care given. Thank You !!!
