So, this will be a strange review. I ordered from Karen for my wife's 60th birthday and gave her cart blanche to do something fancy. The arrangement arrived at our condo on Indian rocks and the next day, some of the flowers were already dying. After speaking to Karen on the phone, she explained that sometimes the wholesaler delivers flowers that aren't as fresh as they could be. Not often, but occasionally it happens. She offered to replace them or refund my money. Since we came back to our house in Tampa, the only alternative was a refund. I mean who does that? Shows real integrity. Thank you Karen for standing behind your product. I will try you again next time we are at the beach.

Our flowers just arrived. My wife was thrilled. It was a special order mix of orchids and roses. I could tell that personal attention was given to the presentation and delivery. I would definitely use then again.
