Great place. Only issue is thin walls. You hear everything. Also, police cars and ambulances are always blasting by the hotel and did I say thin walls? If you like loud city noises with other guest sounds, this is your place. If you like quiet, this is not your place. Staff is ok. Maintenance is sketchy. You won't get shot here, I don't think, but you might wake up often. Rooms: Door wouldn't stay locked. Safety: Out of control guests

Suites are so-so, no dresser. However, a makeshift cabinet with metal grating sufficing for ad-hoc drawers was in this "suite." Ronda at the front desk is PHENOMENAL and the working definition of customer service. Rooms: See my above comment.

Im constantly traveling for either business or for my children, therefore, Im constantly staying in hotels such as this one but that wasnt the case this time. Tonight (midnight on 13March24) I got here from Austin, Texas and I stopped at the hotel for no more than 2 min. The lady who let me in asked if I was checking in but her attitude quickly changed when I politely said no I was just wondering if I can use the restroom. She repeatedly said its not a public bathroom. I can understand that however it was very apparent I was being profiled and there was really no need for that or the attitude. Had I come in-in uniform Im sure she wouldve had a different tune. I suggest just treating everyone with a little dignity and grace.
