      Hello Karin! Hope all is well. If you are speaking of Winfred's total loss claim for his 2014 Harley Davidson just know I'm not a claims rep and have no authority when it comes to claims settlement. The day you contacted my office with questions about total loss I did email and reach out to the adjustor to make sure someone contacted you in regards to your questions. I was instructed at that time that because you had hired a lawyer that all matters of discussion may have to go through the law firm. In any case I'll continue to make calls as needed but know we did do our part to make sure a rep in claims contacted you. I hope your claim has been settled accordingly. Please let me know, thank you!
