        I reached out to Jacob because mother-in-law has had her Medicare on autopilot since she retired nearly 20 years ago, always following whatever her friends were doing. I was concerned that it wasn't meeting her needs. Jacob explained Medicare as it pertains to her, the various options, and we found that she was actually doing really well. No changes needed. Whew! That was a big relief for her and for me.
