I have been seeing Susan for over 3 years for chronic back and neck pain. Ive had several back surgeries, including a spinal fusion. Finding Susan Reid was life changing for me. Ive never been a massage person, so it took some encouragement by my best friend and chiropractor. Not only does she help with daily pain levels, I always leave her office in a wonderful zen state! In terms of credentials, not only is Susan an LMT, she is also a registered nurse. The combination makes her an extremely knowledgeable practitioner! Susan is located on West Bay Drive in a professional office complex where parking is plentiful. Her office is beautifully decorated and encourages relaxation the moment you walk in the door. Susan welcomes you with a warm smile and immediately makes you feel welcome and comfortable. She will chat with you in the outer office, take a brief history and listen intently to your issues. When you go in the massage room, you will find it dimly lit with an incredibly comfortable table and relaxing music. Susan transports you to another realm when she starts the massage. She truly has magic fingers that have helped me through some very difficult falls, pain and chronic aches. When I first went to Susan, I was nervous and doubted whether she could help me. Three years later, I cant imagine not seeing her weekly. She always zeros in on what is giving you discomfort. Sometimes I tell her where my pain is, but mostly not. She can actually feel where its coming from after she starts the massage. If you have acute or chronic pain, Susan Reid will change your life!

I am fortunate to have found Susan through the referral of my chiropractor. I have osteoarthritis and osteoporosis that has progressed through the years, leaving me in pain with loss of flexibility and mobility. I am reluctant to rely on meds or surgical procedures. Having tried massage years ago, I was discouraged because I am unable to lie supine face down. When the chiro told me I could lie on my back with Susan, out of desperation I figured I would give it a try. I was delightfully surprised to find a lovely cottage atmosphere and a kind and caring RN lady who was confident that she could help me to feel better and bring healing to my sore body. Each appointment with Susan finds her waiting for me on time and guiding me into her beautiful massage room with an electric table that puts my back and head in just the right comfortable position. I am particular about cleanliness and Susan is spotlessly clean with all of her equipment and soft towels. The therapies that she provides for me with her special healing hands ease my aching muscles and joints in a way I didnt think possible. Thank you, Susan, for your amazing work as well as your genuine care to help me.

I am a long-term client and am continuously impressed with the professional and attentive care Susan provides. After every massage session I leave feeling better and much more relaxed than when I arrived. The office and restroom stay immaculate. Her linens always smell, look, and feel clean! She has more experience, insight, and dedication to her work than anyone else you will find I highly recommend seeing her!
