Kyle helped us sell our home in St. Pete Florida in January 2021. We met with him in December 2020 to discuss comps in our area, getting our house ready to put on the market and to answer our questions about selling during a global pandemic. Kyle very patiently worked with us as we prepared for a cross country move and when it was time to list, we hit the ground running! Kyle was there every step of the way from listing, to reviewing bids, helping us through inspection (he even has some great recommendations for contractors!), right through to closing. Kyle had the misfortune of taking over an out of state listing for my in-laws villa in FL. The whole project was a nightmare from the beginning and had been in & out of contract 3 times before he took over. If you've ever tried to renovate and sell a property from 1500 miles away you know what a stressful endeavor it can be. By the time we listed with Kyle I was stressed, irrational and raw. My patience had long run out. Kyle swooped in, gave us the advice and guidance we had been lacking and kept his cool when I was loosing mine. Ultimately, the property sold for well above asking price and he stepped up when we needed things done that we couldn't do because we were 1500 miles away.
