Tax Shop

I rarely leave reviews especially negative ones but after I requested a refund they ghosted me so here we are. I honestly cant believe how horribly they managed to mess up my taxes. I asked them to file an extension, which they never did, resulting in me owing over $2,000 in penalties. When I called the IRS to get it sorted out she asked why I dont have a dependent claimed on my taxes. He did not add a dependent 2 years in a row, even though I said in my email as a direct quote I had my first child in 2021. I found someone that knows what they are doing and Im getting over $5,000 back. No apology, no offer to help sort out the mess they caused, generally zero concern for how this mess affected our family. I would not recommend this business.

I've been working with the Tax Shop for years now. They have always helped me with my taxes no matter what state I am in, personal and with my small business taxes. I would highly recommend them.
