Everglades Equipment Group . This message is for Tanner . Tanner , Three years ago I found my way to your business looking for possibly a new riding lawn mower. I had ( my fault mostly) actually entered your old business location and found an empty showroom . Wrote a review based on that experience. Today I needed a part for my lawn mower. Tanner was the salesperson. All in all the business had what I was looking for and I believe I would like them to be my go to people for my mower . I am giving this business five stars because for a fact I know they read these reviews and reply. That to me is a business that cares and I like doing business that way . I ordered a bunch of brown mulch on their website, and setup delivery for the next day. The following morning, they called me to tall me they didnt have the mulch they sold me in stock, and would not be able to have it for another week. I told them that was fine, and to please cancel the order so I could purchase elsewhere. He closed with "Ok, that's been cancelled on our end, and it will take 5-7 days for your card to be refunded." I am really not happy that these guys waisted 12 hours of my time, and took nearly 400 dollars of my money, and kept it for 5-7 days so I cant use it elsewhere. How is this ok?
