I called Purity Bay because I was tired of cleaning up the hard water stains on our sink and shower. I was also done with purchasing bottled water every week. After my recent retirement I was looking forward to having clean drinking water and soft shower water. Purity Bay sent over factory representative Alex Cazzadori and I am so glad they did. Alex was professional, informative and answered all our questions. He was not pushy. After Alex's presentation my wife and I decided to purchase the water system. This includes the water softener and reverse osmosis filtration system. We could not be more pleased. We now have the best drinking water we've had in years. I cannot say enough good things about this company. We absolutely love our water softener and love our reverse osmosis even more! It is the cleanest, best tasting water. When we moved, the company was prompt and professional in moving our systems to our new home. Their customer service is great and they are truly experienced professionals. Shout outs to Tyler and Joey! I recommend them to anyone and am always making people try our water when they come over. Theyre always impressed!

We love our water filter system! Total game changer - we were so happy to say goodbye to the foul odor and bad taste! Jaime and his Purity Bay team are absolute professionals - amazing service and flawless installation. We've had our system for 4 months now and it's been awesome not only for us, but also on our home and appliances (faucets, washer, water heater, etc). Highly recommend!!!
