Shawn is amazing!!! Once I made the connection to use his services, my level of confidence went thru the roof. I knew right away that I would be receiving exceptional services. He was polite and so on point!! He was caring from the start (as if he was also related to my grand uncle that had passed). With everything I was dealing with in making funeral arrangements, I just casually said you are the expert and I am relying on your expertise. He literally grabbed that and ran with it and What a beautiful program he designed!!! I just gave him the most important things to include and the rest was history!!! Thank you Shawn!!! Shawn at Gracious Grafx has worked on a few projects for my family but the most notable was the program for my cousins funeral. He was efficient, patient, and went above and beyond our expectations. He delivered the programs on time so that we could make our flight. He is willing to make revisions and does it with exceptional grace. I would highly recommend this company.

Gracious Grafx designed the program for my late grandfathers funeral. Shawn was extremely helpful to my mother who was in control of getting the program done. He was very responsive, and worked with my mother the whole way through. The program captured my grandpa and our family in the most beautiful way possible. Thanks Shawn!
