      Gilbert, we are so sorry that you had a bad experience contacting Solaris. Unfortunately "Income Restricted Housing" does lease up typically prior to it being completed. This community already has a very long "Wait List" which is the reason for no availability. Regarding rudness, that is unacceptable, please call the community and request to speak with Ana and report the issue so we can address it. Or you can call the Customer Service Hotline at 833.869.0687, we pride ourselves on Customer Service and want to make sure all of our employees follow our policies and procedures.
