I took my car into Bramans body shop after another vehicle crashed into me. My Collision Center Advisor was Mr. Saony Hidalgo. He was very professional, and followed up with me and the insurance company often. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction, and I hope that the other collision center advisors are as good as Mr. Hidalgo as he made a difficult situation easier. Thank you Mr. Hidalgo!

Excellent and faster than expected process. They did a great job with my vehicle and all the repairs were done beautifully. My Collision Center Advisor, Mr. Erick Limatuj was instrumental in making this an easy and seamless experience. He not only explained every step to me, while keeping me informed along the way, but also dealt with my Insurance Company and guided me in dealing with them myself. He, along with the people at the front desk and other technicians showed an excellent Customer Service. I definitely recommend Braman Collision Center for all your vehicles repairs.
