        If i could give this Center a "ZERO" I would. The girls in the office need to work on their English, communication skills and just basic behavior! This is not Hialeah!!!!!!! Then once communication could not be made, they want $20... For what? we were not able to communicate.. Estrella, please do better, you are in Richmond Heights, a historic BLACK neighborhood so you should be able to serve the community in which you are in.

        Walked in during normal business hours. Both girls said they aren't working while the open sign is on and they won't do a notary even though it says on their window notary. 4:30pm 1/10/24
