I have purchased a 1994 Rolls Roye car from abroad and have relied on the item description posted on their website. Once the car arrived at my residence, it had NOTHING in its mechanical condition! Several problems that no one had mentioned! I got in touch complaining about this, and always by phone when they refused. In the end, the president of Vantage, who never wanted to speak to me on the phone, blamed the broker, Mr. Alejandro from Miami, who did not inspect the car properly. They also paid the same broker a commission!!!! To complete this sale! Really totally disappointed that this dealer can sell cars published in perfect condition, now he has two others for sale from 1994 and later if you have a problem they are yours because he does not accept any claims! There are also other opinions here on Google from another client who have found themselves very bad, with a car that does not correspond to what was published! The minimum for customer service by a Rolls Royce dealership is to find solutions!!! Also having purchased trusting the description of the item. These vantage motors close the door in your face with arrogance and don't listen to you and refuse!! They have received the money and now the problem is yours. With dialogue, solutions are always found that are not like them.
