Feet Up Carpet Cleaning Miami

Beware! I came across this company on Google and thought Id give them a call. Over the phone, they offered a flat competitive rate which I was happy about, so I book them. As soon as they show up, the first thing they say is that they have to review the cleaning areas. Sure no problem! Everything was exactly as I said on the phone. If anything, some of the areas were actually much smaller due to fixed furniture covering it. After just a few minutes, they come to me and tell me that the quote is now going to be almost double of what they agreed on over the phone! Mind you, the carpeted area in my house is small and just as I described it over the phone for my initial quote. They will get their foot in the door with a super low quote and then they will inflate it once theyre there. The cleaning was done really fast and was by far the worst carpet cleaning job I have ever received. My carpets was so wet it took almost a week to dry. Very disappointed!

I've tried other rug cleaning services and they can't hold a candle next to this company in terms of customer service and service delivery. I love rugs and every room in my home has one. Their professional cleaning has helped us keep our rugs clean even with a kid at home.
