Terrible place to live in how the operation works. I wish i knew better before my year lease. I can go back to brickell with better amenities better management and security that does sleep on the job or refuse to allow my deliveries to my door. MB Station will not return my deposit in full even though the apartment was spotless when the keys were returned. I have a video to prove it and they do not respond to my e-mails. I have already put a complaint on miamidade.gov. They are stealing my money.

Mb station will not give me back money owed. They forged a lease and then claimed i was on month to month They are truely criminal and i am hiring an attorney.

Thieves! Stole half of my deposit because they say the previous owner verbally told them my deposit was less than what the contract says and have no proof to back it up. They only showed me what supposedly he had handwritten on their copy of the contract. Who does that? They have no way of proving it because it simply is not true. I cannot believe a company that looks big and that I thought looked professional would do something like this, especially after they took four months to return a part of my deposit.

Thieves! MB Station management is the works. All the systems are Brocken. The online pay my rent charge me double during COVID and the response from managements is that call my lawyer. Very bad company
