Wanted to try a new restaurant in the midtown area, but was Unfortunate to see such poor service with a restaurant that didnt mention that a 20% service charge would be included, which I would have no problem at all with if the service was good, but the service was not deserving of that at all. with an appetizer being brought after all entrees were brought out, even after we had said we were not interested at that point, wrong food being brought after waiting an extended period of time, and an additional $10 bottle of water being poured without knowing and with no one even checking on the table to apologize for an extended delay. This all happening on a night where there were not even more than a few other tables of customers. If you are going to charge a service charge without letting the customer decide on the tip that is deserved, then the restaurant needs to back up that service charge. The wrong bill was then brought 2 times. I hope this was just an off night for this place
