        Customer service was non existent. Room did not smell fresh. Smelled like moisture build up/mildewy but was clean. Was not welcomed upon arriving. Was not told to have a nice stay. One elevator was out of service. By day two both elevators were out of service which was a major concern due to my request for first floor room for accessibility being ignored. Overall lack of communication. Room cards kept needing to be refreshed. Checked out way early and had to pay for other lodging. Nearby activities: Shopping Walkability: High Food & drinks: Nearby many shops and restaurants Noteworthy details: On site laundrymat

        As a place for recovery after plastic surgery, it was fine. We had to ask for kitchen supplies, and they were quickly brought up.
