        My wife was left waiting for 10 minutes, then rudely told there was no one to help her. We have never been treated so rudely. They have nice furniture and arrangements, and some stunning pots. But the service is atrocious. Maybe they are just nice to their friends, because this is the second terrible experience we have had here. Anyone can have a bad day, but clearly, it was a mistake to return.

However, after speaking with our sales team, we only had one customer come in to see pots yesterday and assume it was your wife. Our sales associate showed her several pots and we are always available to assist all of our customers. If there is something in particular she was looking for and didn't see and needs additional help, please feel free to contact us. We will do our best to assist.
