Homestead Flower Shop

The people there are very helpful and friendly. This was my first experience with this shop . l went in person to select the arrangement. l was shown several and l decided on what l would call a semi tropical theme. .What l received was a smaller version of what l was shown with less roses and flowers in general. Flowers were only on the front half of the arrangement . l assume there are different amounts of flowers l could have chosen for the arrangement,But l was not told that. l was led to believe l was getting what l was shown. while it is nice, lt is a bit of a disappointment. l was looking forward to using this shop because it is close to my home. l may have to use a competitor l have used for yrs , But l may try this shop again not sure.

I ordered my first arrangement for delivery today. I ordered the heart of the home centerpiece. Communication was great! I needed to correct the note for the order. I called & got the voicemail twice (I didnt leave a message) but received a call back within 10 minutes. The employee was a man. Very patient. Very kind. & to top it off, the recipient complimented how beautiful the arrangement is. So pleased with the service, my purchase & same day delivery. It was within hours. You all are amazing. Ordered a bouquet for delivery! The flowers were fresh and vibrant! Got a confirmation delivery picture. Great service and super friendly! Highly recommend!
