Ode à la Rose

I have to send my bouquets from France but every time, Ode de la Rose has come through for me with gorgeous flowers that are fresh and that last for more than 3 days. When Ive had a problem (like delivery date) the staff was on it and got the problem resolved immediately. Ive sent flowers in NYC, Chicago and LA, and all have been beautiful.

I was hoping the delivery carrier would understand my note and they did not fail! My wife loved the flowers and they arrived on time as scheduled! :)

I ordered a floral delivery on 01.24 for delivery the next day. Upon my confirmation, it stated the delivery would be between 9:00am - 7:00pm and that I would receive a text when my order was put together. On the 25th, I never heard anything so at 2:54pm I called the office. I was told they would call me back with an update on my order. I received a call back an hour later saying they had a delivery going out. My order wasn't delivered until 7:25 pm and I never received a photo of my order. I had the recipient take a photo. We ordered the Ella with extra stems and upgraded to the waterfall vase. I'll let you decide if you'd ever order from this company....
