        I live in NY and planned a party for my mother-in-law at the Ritz at Key Biscayne. Svetlana at Formaneta gave suggestions, worked within my budget, and even sent me a photo of the flowers she purchased from the floral market for my event. She texted me and called during the entire process. And the results were just perfect and exactly what we planned. I highly recommend this floral artist! A pleasure to work with.

        I call the shop 10 am, they agree to deliver flowers before 3pm same day at 3 blocks from the shop, never call or contact to say they can not doit. Very disappointing. Not very professional.

      Thank you for taking your time to post the review! We did communicate as there was a traffic situation that day. When we last talked I was unformed that 3:15 pm was not acceptable and I did not charge for the service. I am going to be more carful in the future and understand whenever the flower order is an emergency. My apologies!
