Exotic Flowers of Miami

The receipting never received her flowers. I called everyday to no avail. Voicemail is full, was sent an email stating they are closed and would send a refund. That was 12 days ago. Never received my refund. Just disputed with the bank.

I'm writing this review because I'm very disappointed. I have come to this place for several occasions and never had a problem. Today, however, I wanted to surprise my girlfriend with a flower arrangement for her birthday. I work on the weekends so I had to place the order online. I paid $87 for an arrangement to be delivered to my GF on Saturday (yesterday) and IT NEVER CAME. Her birthday is today and here she is with no flowers. I've calling them all morning and of course, no answer. Will be going in person tomorrow to get my money back

Great experience. Ordered Anniversary flowers and they delivered a beautiful large arrangement within a couple of hours.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Please do not order from here. I ordered flowers for a friend who was in an accident, and the flowers were never delivered. Not only were they not delivered the owner never returned my call. I am originally from Miami, and these type of scum bags are what give our beautiful city a bad name. I will be reporting you.
