        Place of beautiful flowers, it hurts that the attention of the sellers is so bad, they don't even move, they speak badly and they want to charge $25 to help you put together a bouquet and really very bad attention!! I will not come back

        The treatment of those people is horrible. In addition to the fact that they charge you for the flowers at your convenience, they deliver them horribly and their response is: that's what they have regardless of their customers' pockets. The flowers for my wedding were delivered to me super small and make sure to look at them carefully in front of them because they look healthy on top and the ones below are damaged. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

      Hello, we apologize if you did not feel well served, we are working on it, most of our clients are recurring since we are a wholesaler, who already know the procedure. Regarding making the bouquet, it is a separate service where labor is included. I don't know if you are aware that the minimum a florist charges is $35 an hour. Because people who are not in the industry, and who do not appreciate being able to buy a variety of flowers that cannot be found anywhere, we are thinking of closing to the general public, and only selling to wholesalers.

      Hello, did you call to complain? People know that on Valentine's Day flowers go up in price. Did you check the flowers? Here we give a guarantee. If we made a mistake and you didn't give us the opportunity to correct it, your marriage will surely not last.
