The hotel is nice and clean, most of what you need in walking distance.
Rooms have major issue as they are not sealed well. For example, you hear and feel every noise and movement in adjacent room or hallway. The reason that gaps under and around the doors is big. This was a complaint from many colleagues as well.

Called to sort out a problem after stay. Put on hold 10 mins after not liking what I had to say. Carribean people, please dont stay here.

Friendly staff. Valet only parking. 10 mins call ahead to get your car. Super clean and modern rooms. Very comfortable bed. I slept like a baby. Convenient location next to Dadeland mall. 1 min walk to pulbix and starbucks. Highly recommended for business trips.
