During our two-night escape at the Element Hotel in Miami Brickell, the service was impeccable, but it was Tatiana, the bartender at the pool deck, who truly made our stay memorable. Her warmth and attentive nature ensured we savored every moment. Her hospitality is the primary reason we're already planning a return visit. The hotel itself boasts a prime location, with commendable management who skillfully resolved a hiccup with our reservation. Don't miss the chance to lounge by the inviting outdoor pool it's a highlight! For foodies, a hidden gem awaits on the first floor: Lartisteria Pizza serves up mouthwatering pizzas with fresh, flavorful ingredients that simply melt in your mouth. An absolute must-try!

Was a nice decent stay, breakfast was decent. I wish they would provide normal cups and glasses, even when dining in they pour your drinks into plastic cups - so much waste generated. Apples are wrapped in plastic film, etc. I would expect from Marriott to really contribute to sustainability and not to the problem. Even if it's in USA.

Unfortunately had a terrible experience. Even though my name was on the reservation, I could not check in because my husbands name was the primary and mine was secondary. This hotel (and AC hotel) doesnt not allow anyone but the primary to check in. My husband wasnt with me but after calling Marriott Bonvoy customer service who told me I should be able to check in with my name on the reservation, they even tried calling the hotel also, and the hotel said no. Not sure why even Customer Service cant even help a customer at one of their hotels. But just shows that this hotel is not welcoming to guests at all and why they already have terrible reviews. I ended up booking another hotel near by. I do not recommend this hotel, it wont do well to your mental peace if anything happened.

The description prides incredible views and an impressive pool but what they fail to mention is the view is overlooking an intersection of 2 very loud and busy multi-lane roads. We arrived at night and didnt see the railroad tracks directly below our window but learned real quick that theyd be buzzing by. We gave the pool area a try for morning coffee the next morning and were shocked to see the high voltage tower and power lines directly behind the loungers (for the trains). Additionally they charge $48/day for parking & $30 fees that you can be credited for if you buy their bar drinks/food. Thats another $100/nt with tax/tips. This hotel is not a good value and underdelivers. We changed hotels. One positive was that the staff was friendly. But that wont get anyone a good night sleep.
