No Internet No t.v No service Overcharged for no reason No trash can in room No elevator No breakfast No locking door someone went in our room No seat to sit on No bathtub plug No views to see Nasty outside areas sketchy neighborhood Will not answer the phone ever. Do not go here..... Worst place ever ever

Booked a stay and was told a day before my visit that I was unable to check in at 12:30 am due to a late flight, and they only allowed late check ins until midnight. They refused to provide a refund for my stay.

I Absolutely love this place it is beautiful inside very inviting Don't let the outside fool you when you walk in its a boutique. You are welcome with its up most personal. and breakfast is Great! I will definitely be back From Los Angeles to Miami Thank you.

I booked this hotel via Expedia. I didn't read any reviews before booking because I trusted them. So I booked in January and asked to pay once there. I was still charged the amount two days later... the day before my departure I received a message that they were canceling my reservation... I sent emails repeatedly, Expedia called them.. I got no response by email and they told Expedia that I didn't show up.. even though they were the ones who canceled. The cancellation is more than a month old and I have no refund... Run away !!!!!

People posting wrong things I dont know why I stayed and was very nice comforting stay safe area and this a boutique hotel . Boutique are run different than chains Hotels different they care about details and making your stay great , is a place to return definitely . Rooms: Rooms are very clean and well furnished to detail better than flagship hotels Nearby activities: Bayfront park and bayside market place you can walk straight directly from hotel Walkability: Riverside and restaurant 5 mins walking very quiet area and safe
