I checked into your hotel on Sunday, March 10th to March 14th, 2024. I was in room 711 I think. Alex at the reception was really good and helpful. Since hotels are different. In the morning I asked if my room could be cleaned. I was told you do that everyday. My room was cleaned spotlessly clean. On Tuesday I left the hotel and came back late. I noticed my room was not cleaned. The person that came to my room, only came and changed the towels and covered my bed, with no effort to dust or straighten the bed. I let it slid. On Wednesday I came in a little late. 11:20 PM, I noticed my room was not cleaned at all, the tub was dirty from my hair wash. The surfaces I made tea from were not cleaned. Not even the hair dryer was not removed from where I left it. Those are minor things. What really disappointed me was that whoever was responsible for cleaning my room was even lazy to clean half side of the bed again as I only sleep on one side of the bed. So for two consecutive days my bed was only covered. They did not dust the bed, didn't even bother to straighten it all. I always make sure I leave rooms as presentable as possible and not taking advantage of cleaning staff, BUT THIS HERE IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I paid to be in the hotel I was not there for free, room cleaning is all part of that payment, it took a week or so because I have been in transit for other conferences to reach you , PLEASE I AM DEMANDING A PARTIAL REFUND FOR THESE INCONVENIENCES ..... I have photos of what my bed looked at, the bathroom and other parts of the room I can provide you with. I meant to show the front desk on the day of my check out, unfortunately there was a line, and my Uber to the airport had arrived. I look forward to a favorable response from your hotel.
