Geno Marron makes me want to come back to the Ritz time and time again. This guys charisma, energy, and positive vibes are contagious. If you get the chance to sing along with him and watch his show youre in for a treat. Be careful, youre going to want to hang at the Dunes all day and not see the rest of Miami.

A dream true location and a beautiful hotel were you can enjoy the beach and good restaurants . Went there for a drink and dinner at the mexican restaurant with some friends March 30. Everything was delicious and service was very accommodating . We were 11 people and everyone was so happy with the great level of service . Totally recommend for a casual dinner .

So I have been fortunate enough in my life to travel the world and stay at all the great hotels and I have to say this past birthday weekend staying at the Ritz call Keith this game was a highlight. The hotel is run and managed in a manner that you feel like you are in some Caribbean Island, as opposed to Florida. The service is impeccable, and everyone there is willing to assist you with a smile, the variety of food is superb, getting a chair at the beach with an umbrella was never an issue and just everything about the hotel could not have been better. They will be repeated visits I can promise you that. RStone

Location is great, and family friendly. Bell staff were also great. Found out the night before our travel the beach was limited access. Room service has a limited menu but there are other restaurants on the resort. The events at night are the number one reason I wont return. It is very loud. Last night there was an event with a DJ and live band until midnight and then the rest of the night they were disassembling the stage etc. It was so loud I could feel the base on my pillow and couldnt hear my tv. We have a 2 year old who also couldnt sleep. Not worth it by a long shot.

This 5-star hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The valet service warmly greeted my family upon arrival, setting the tone for our stay. The pool and beach areas are stunning, especially with the perfect weather we enjoyed. Javier, the Front Office Manager, deserves special recognition for his exceptional hospitality. We can't wait to return!
