Great hotel, apart from the fact that it is close to the airport and the noise of takeoffs takes over the environment.

I was only in the event room for 2 days where everything flowed positively and in particular we had a very delicious coffee service all the time. But something that didn't seem very fair to me was that we had to pay for parking every time we needed to go outside the hotel facilities, whether for lunch or at the end of the day's sessions. And the price was $12 or $14 each time you had to cross the barrier, like $50 in total over the 2 days. I understand that if we had already paid to be at an event at that hotel, we could be given different treatment in the use of their parking.

We just stayed at this hotel 1 night and left for our cruise in the morning. The location is perfect. The employees were nice and got us checked in quickly. The rooms were okay. The sheets and towels had some small stains and the carpet needed a good cleaning. Overall I feel youre paying for the location. If we were to come back to Miami I probably would look for a different hotel that is better cleaned.

We stayed at the Hilton Miami Airport Blue Lagoon before and after a cruise. Before cruise stay: booked using the Hilton App and I was charged a different amount then when I reserved. Rooms were ok.
After Cruise Stay: Room was stated ready- no toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, alarm clock and phone non operational. Hotel resolved very quickly.
Next morning woke up to catch the shuttle. We were in the lobby by 0545- we did not catch the first shuttle. The Shuttle driver radioed to next driver to state we were a family of 10 and to ensure he knew we were waiting. We only waited 3 mins for the next shuttle thinking WOW this is great service! WRONG!
The next shuttle driver was HORRIBLE! He used derogatory slang to address us, he hit my 9 year old in the face with the shuttle door and stated we couldn't get on the shuttle. Threw our bags and "accidentally" dropped one of the back of the shuttle while loading. Right after we board the shuttle he didn't wait until we were all seated, he took off, 2 kids and 1 adult fell over due to not being in seats. Oh and dropped us off at the wrong area on purpose- took us an extra 20 mins to get to where we needed to go.
1) We were early for the shuttle- our flight was at 0930 we were down waiting for a shuttle at 0545.
2) No one should be called derogatory names!
3) A shuttle driver should never shut a door and hit a child in the face! I have photos of her red face, airport security gave us an icepack- so it was still that red over 30-45 mins after the incident.
4) A shuttle driver should never start to take off like a bat out of hell! While people are still walking down aisle to find seats.
I did try to address the manager while the issues were happening, he did not seemed concerned. The hotel has not answered phone calls, we have gone to corporate and the hotel still has not answered calls from them.
So if you would like to be overcharged, called a derogatory name, have your child injured, and dropped off at a location in the airport that you then have find the correct place which is over 20 mins of fast walking away just to check in-- then please stay at this hotel! If not stay away!!!!
Safety: After Cruise Stay: Shuttle Safety with children an issue!
Woke up early to catch the shuttle. We were in the lobby by 0545- we did not catch the first shuttle. The Shuttle driver radioed to next driver to state we were a family of 10 (5 adults
