Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel & Executive Meeting Center

1st, Monique at the front desk is a sweetheart and a great deal of help. 2nd, room was mostly clean but definitely in need of an update. 3rd, the executive lounge is pathetic. 1 of the first nights it had decent options, so far, the other 2 nights suck. Tonight the only 2 supposedly warm options were rock hard cold frozen falafels and brick hard fried feta cheese sticks that were definitely frozen. Theres coleslaw and slices of cold meat ham with sliced cheese and no buns or bread. The woman working tonight couldnt have cared any less and didnt even speak English. I know its Miami but we are in the US and people in Marriott properties should at least somewhat speak English. Theres no beers, wine or anything of an adult beverage out, you have to ask her to get you one from the storage room she hangs out in the entire time. I understand this isnt a 4 or 5 start property but come on lets at least give some effort! I wont stay at this hotel again.

Rooms: Time Machine to the early 2000s. Faint smell of mold and smoke. Random person slipped pizza menu under door around 11pm (no controlled access to guest floors). Walkability: Can walk from the MIA rental car center; very easy and well lit.
