    The fact that you charge extra per night on top of an already outrage price for a one night stay is absolutely ridiculous! This was not mentioned on the booking so of course I feel deceived.

    The worst hotel I have ever seen! Cockroaches in the rooms, supposedly a shuttle service to the airport every 30 minutes, but when the time arrives no one is there and you have to ask yourself at the reception to find out what it is East. Only to learn later that they ultimately skipped the departure time for no reason, so they had to take a messy Uber. The staff is not at all welcoming, you feel like you are bothering them. Even for one night I wouldn't recommend it unless you like the company of cockroaches.

    They don't store luggage and the breakfast is bad, just flour. There is no nearby place to go to eat, only by car. Rooms: Comfortable room Nearby activities: None Walkability: There is nothing nearby Food & drinks: Terrible breakfast alone Flours and the closest thing is a sale of hamburgers and similar products Noteworthy details: Take into account that if you travel without a car and arrive or leave after the hour you must stay taking care of your luggage

    We stayed overnight in this hotel we paid for the premium room the description said it had a spa like bathroom and the bathroom was less spa like. There was mold it was filthy there appeared to be blood on the back of the door and the floor of our room. It says pets stay free but yet we had to pay a 259.00 refundable charge even though our pet is a service animal and we told the staff that. And all they did was speak Spanish right in front of us after we told them our dog was a service animal. Also it says right on the app and website that they are NOT ALLOWED to ask for a deposit for pets at check in yet they did that. Will not ever stay here again and we will be calling corporate as well.
